Did you happen to get a new computer? Need to manage your purchases from the iTunes Store at home and work? No problem.  In addition to creating an easy backup, this gives you the ability to use more than one computer to administer your iTunes Store purchases located on your iPhone/Touch.

Steps you need to follow to import your purchases from your iPhone/Touch into iTunes:

1. Confirm that your iPhone/Touch has all the purchased items that you wish to transfer.
2. Authorize the computer you are transferring your purchases to.  ( Store → Authorize Computer)*
3. Attach your device and wait for it to display in left-side toolbar under Devices.
4. There is a chance a dialog will show if your iPhone/Touch is synced with another computer, which you will have the option to select ‘Transfer Purchases.’  If no dialog box shows, right-click on your device and choose ‘Transfer Purchases.’

*Note: Only 5 authorizations are permitted.

Alternatively, you can redownload one by one at the iTunes Store, but who has time for that?
