Once you start buidling up your tabs within Safari it can become painful to have to close each tab one by one.  This small utility solves this issue by giving you two options when excuted. First of all, your device needs to be Jailbroken and you must download this utility from Cydia.  After the easy install, fire up Safari and create a few tabs.  Now, press and hold on the bottom right tab icon within Safari (the same icon you would use to change tabs).  You should receive a popup giving you three options: Close All Tabs, CLose All Tabs and Exit, and Cancel.  This would be a must-have for all heavy Safari users.
