Let me be clear, I am not a supporter of all these “Nark on your Neighbor” apps that have been coming out lately, see iBurgh, but I might be OK with this one.

HFOrg is an iPhone app for reporting illegally parked cars in handicapped spaces. The info will be added to the HandicappedFraud.org website and database, which are accessed by law enforcement across the country.

When you see a situation that you wish to report to the site, simply open the application and record the:

• Date
• Time
• License Plate Number
• Placard Number (if applicable)
• Photo

I’m not condoning or denouncing this app, but sometimes you just want to remind “The jackass in the Mercedes” that the rules do apply to them too.
