For $3.99 (I know…) you’ll not only enable FaceTime over 3G but this will also help bypass 3G restrictions for other selected apps.  Give it a shot by:

1.) Open Cydia

2.)Search for My3G and install

3.)My3G will also install “RockApp” as a part of its package.
